Mark joined the Toronto Police Service as a young man, barely out of school. During his 25 year dedication to the Service, Mark accepted any and all training that was offered to him, and continued to seek more. This thirst for knowledge equipped him with the tools necessary to penetrate into many specialized sectors of policing.
Mark has a world of first-hand experience, the kind that would enable him to later teach his skills to new recruits and seasoned officers alike. These experiences would further lead to the re-writing of the entire curriculum for the Ontario Police Foundations Program, which is currently taught at Ontario Colleges, and will assist the graduate for hire with any police service across Canada.
In addition to his career as a dedicated Police Foundations instructor, Mark enjoys an interest in music and even performs live on occasion with other talented musicians. He also has an interest in charity and is an active volunteer. There's no question the balance and well-rounded approach Mark brings to the classroom, along with his strong mentorship abilities, make him the ideal instructor for students wishing to pursue a career in law enforcement.
