Developed in partnership with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), The Canadian Business College Law Clerk program provides Ontario students with practical legal knowledge in the areas of analysis, theory and research. The curriculum is designed to allow students to study and gain extensive knowledge in areas such as Real Estate, Estates and Corporate Law, and Litigation. Graduates of the Law Clerk program are trained to draft and prepare legal documents in all of these areas.
Students of the Law Clerk Program are able to write the ILCO Estates, Corporate, Real Estate and Litigation exams upon graduation. Additionally, students are trained to draft and deliver legal documents, edit and review legal letters, legal reports and legal memos, conduct legal research and use various word processing and legal software including leading legal applications and Microsoft Office

Constant changes in related regulation, legislation, the rules of evidence, and economic growth have resulted in a major increase in demand.
